I am a [Redacted] at Brown University studying [Redacted]. I am a product designer/multidisciplinary creative. It has always been a goal of mine to construct unforgettable and unique experiences -I want people to not only find an experience entertaining or delightful but also better their lives from it. Eventually, I fall in love with UIUX/Product design because I can make a direct impact to improve people’s quality of life by channeling my creativity and solving exciting problems. Thus, I always make it a priority to do the bare maximum and create ingenious and human-centered solutions.
Previously, I interned at [Redacted], where I took on tasks in graphic design, motion design, and web development. From the internship, I learned to be a self-starter and an eager collaborator.
I also worked as a UIUX designer and researcher for [Redacted], in which I contributed to the design of The Janus Screen, a double-sided computer that creates immersive video conferencing experiences. There, I learned the courage to take on innovative projects with little to no prior work and think outside the box.
Now, I am working on my personal project, a virtual pet for mental health, with a team of three. While experiencing the full product cycle hands-on, I am also learning to be a great leader that plans efficient timelines and builds wonderful team chemistry.
Outside of designing, you can catch me walking around and shooting with my super-8 camera or drawing on my sketchbook. I always try to capture unique moments and fun ideas. You can also see me trying to get stronger and making new friends at the gym. Fun fact, I am a competitive powerlifter and the captain of my college’s powerlifting team. I enjoy taking my lifters around the nation to compete and experience the joy and growth in powerlifting.
